I had an issue where UPS lost my soot table during transit. Thankfully, SpookyBerry was kind enough to send me another one, free of charge! They have wonderful customer support and kept me updated until I received my new one. The table is adorable, and while I had some difficulty putting the screws in, it's well-made all around. Lovely product and service!
Came faster than expected and in amazing condition! My box was thrown around during shipping but the table was so well packaged nothing was damaged. You do have to screw/drill the arms in, I recommend a drill because using a screwdriver might be a little too difficult for some. Amazing table:)))
I love the colors and the quality of the coasters! They look great on the soot sprite table I was able to get, but also look fantastic on my black teak table I have in the living room. The colors really pop and it's super fun when people recognize the candies from the movies! :D
